My First Car (Spoiler Alert: It Wasn’t a Car)

Everybody remembers their first car, and I am no exception.

My first car technically wasn’t a “car.” It was a truck. A 1988 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck, to be specific. Red. Manual transmission. Giant baseball bat sized floor shifter. Big block V8 engine. The rear bumper had fallen off before I bought it and was replaced with a steel I-beam welded to the frame. Giant Bench seat, no cup holders, all balls.

Just like this, hell yeah.
